تعبير عن النظافة
قال رسول الله (صلي الله عليه وسلم ) :( النظافة مِن الإيمان ) .
حرص الرسول (ص) والدين الإسلامي على النظافة والمحافظة صحة كل مسلم
ونظافته ، لما للنظافة من أهمية كبيرة وفضل كبير في الحفاظ على صحة الإنسان
وحمايته من الأمراض وبقاء الإنسان مرتب وجميل حتى يرضى عن نفسه ويرضى عنه
ربه والناس .
النظافة عنوان كل شخص وكل بيت وكل دولة وكل حضارة ، فلا يوجد إنسان
يتقبل أن يجلس ويتكلم أو يأكل مع شخص غير نظيف ؛ فالنظافة هي دليل على
صحتك وصحة بيتك وصحة أي مكان يتم المحافظة فيه على النظافة بشكل عام .
و تجلب النظافة الراحة النفسية للإنسان والشعور بالسعادة وذلك بعكس
الإتساخ والقذارة فهي تجلب الأمراض والتعاسة والشعور بالإحباط دائماً ،
لذلك يجب دائماً المحافظة على النظافة في كل مكان ووقت حتى نتجنب المرض
والكسل .
و لكي تحافظ على نظافتك الشخصية ونظافة بيتك إليك بعض النصائح التالية :-
1. حافظ على نظافتك بالإستحمام كل يوم أو يومين حتى يبقي جسمك
نظيفاً ولا تشعر برائحة العرق المزعجة، وقم بلبس الملابس النظيفة والمكوية
حتى يبقى شكلك مرتباً وجميلاً .
2. تناول الطعام النظيف والغير مكشوف للحشرات حتى تحافظ على صحتك من الأمراض والجراثيم التي تنتقل من خلال الطعام الملوث .
3. حافظ على غرفتك نظيفة ومرتبة دائماً حتى لا تجلب القاذورات الحشرات والأمراض لك .
4. أترك منزلك نظيفاً دائماً وأخرج القمامة يومياً من المنزل حتى
لا تبقى أي روائح كريهة في المنزل أو تخرج الديدان من القمامة ، فنظافة
منزلك دائماً يحميك من العيش في بيئة بها أمراض .
5. حافظ على نظافة المكان الذي تجلس فيه سواء كان شارع أو محل أو
مطعم ولا ترمي القمامة على الأرض بل قم برميها في مكانها المخصص حتى تكون
قدوة لغيرك وتحافظ على مدينتك نظيفة وجميلة .
فلا يوجد شخص ناجح في حياته غير نظيف ولا يوجد مشروع ناجح يكون قذر
ولا يوجد مدينة مزدهرة تكون غير نظيفة ، فالنظافة هي أساس كل شيء ناجح
وجميل، لذلك يجب عدم الإستهانة بالنظافة والتريب ؛ لأن النظافة شيء عظيم
وكبير وحث عليه الإسلام أيضاً ووصانا الرسول بالحفاظ على نظافتنا ونظافة
مدننا لأن النظافة هي من الإيمان والتقوي وحب الله ، وإن الله تعالي أيضاً
يحب من يحافظ على النظافة والترتيب لأنها تبعد المرض والهم والحزن عن قلب
الإنسان وتساعده في العيش بسعادة وإزدهار وسلام
